Carpet Trader accepts no liability for any or all transactions generated by the Carpet Trader App, all transactions are the responsibility of the individual parties (companies or individuals) Information covering individual terms and conditions, product description and specification, condition of goods, perceived value, delivery times and costs and any guarantees or warranties offered is the sole responsibility of the vendor/supplier.
Buyers must determine their own agreements direct with the vendor / supplier and these agreements are the sole responsibility of the both parties.
The sole responsibility for payment of goods is between the Vendor / supplier and the Buyer.
Carpet Trader accepts no liability or responsibility for any disputes between the Vendor / Supplier and the Buyer
